3. Why we collect it

• To operate the loyalty program and your account.
• To calculate, award, and reconcile points based on your purchases.
• To send you program-related communications (you can opt out of marketing at any time).
• To detect and prevent fraud or abuse.

4. Who we share it with

We share information with service providers who help us run the program. We do not sell your personal information.

Our application is hosted in the United States. Our service providers may process data in the United States and elsewhere under their own terms.

• Declined applications — retained for a limited period, then removed.
• Invoice records — retained as needed for program and tax purposes.
• Audit logs — retained for a limited period for security.

7. Your choices

• You can ask us to access, correct, or delete your account information.
• You can opt out of marketing emails at any time.

8. Security

We protect your information with encryption in transit (TLS), hashed password storage, access controls on administrative accounts, rate-limited sign-in, and audit logging of administrative actions. No system is perfectly secure, but we work to safeguard your data.

This policy is governed by the laws of the State of Missouri, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-law provisions.
